The reception area is decorated in antiques. The restaurant served mediocre food. The staff at front desk were wonderful! Helpful and knowledgeable about what’s happening in Berkeley Springs. "Nice, unique place to stay. In the woods, with our building is unlike anywhere else where we have stayed. I would stay here again. It is like being in a campsite, but staying in a hotel room. Since the buildings are not attached to any others, there is zero noise from neighbors."

"The staff here were very good. The rooms however left a lot to be desired. I found a bug on my pillow. On top of the fitted sheet were some small, hard black things that could have been bugs or rat turds. The bathroom was gross. The sink was a sunken sink and there was mold around the rim of the porcelain part of the sink. There was mold in the caulk that went around the edge of the bathtub. I will say the shower curtain looked brand new. The bottom of the shower sunk in when I stepped on it. I...

"This is a cute little cottage that could use a little love. The hot tub was nice and very hot, but quite public. You're surrounded by houses. Overall, it's a cheap place that feels cheap. Also checkout is actually at 11, though the listing says 12. "
