"I will definitely stay here again. Even the two other families I referred enjoyed it. The only complaint I have is the fourth floor noice. Maybe they drop the tables and chairs while setting up.

"We’ve stayed here multiple times this year due to doctors appointments in the area and love how this is down the road from Methodist Richardson hospital and it’s close by to a lot of dining options. The room is also comfy as well, breakfast is great! This is a clean and safe hotel. We love coming back! "

"The front desk staff (Alicia) was FANTASTIC! She went above customer service care and we felt her genuine care and compassion for our early departure. Definitely will stay here again!"
"We loved how quiet the area was. The rooms were nice smelling and super clean. The carpet in front of our original room was soaked with a water leak. The staff changed our rooms immediately to get it fixed. 10/10 would come here again. "

"Even though we only stayed for one night, our experience was great! The hotel is clean, quiet, we enjoyed our room and our kids did as well. Breakfast was good and the staff treated us very well from the receptionist up to the staff in charge of the breakfast and area. Totally recommend this hotel and will definitely use again when back in the area!!!"
"The receptionist was very kind and helpful! The parking was convenient and anywhere we wanted to go was right near the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We were very impressed that they had a smart TV that offered prime, Netflix, etc. A lot of hotels that we have gone to do not give you that option. I would definitely stay at this property again!"
