We had a great stay at universal kids resort. The curiosity cafe breakfast was super good & I loved how convenient it was to walk to the park and come back so my toddler could take a nap. We do wish the pool was bigger but it was still worth it. We would definitely come back!

I would recommend this place to anyone who have kids and want to really enjoy themselves. Lines were moving fast but enjoyable. Everything was kid friendly. My grandson is 4 and got on every ride there without being scared. It was very hot 109 but the rides and the splash pad throughout this place helped with not getting over heated. Th entire staff was friendly from the park to the hotel. I would suggest more shaded area by the splash pad but other than that I will be returning.

Overall I give the stay a 3.5. During our stay or electricity in the room went out, but the staff was super responsive and had it back operational in 10 mins. Check in was a bit frustrating because if your chip is not working on your card/wont tap them their machine won’t be able to read it when it’s inserted. They also don’t have an option to manually input your information

Hotel is beautiful, but it is overpriced. There is nothing included, $400 a night for a queen bed and an uncomfortable bunk bed. Room is small. But bathroom is very clean and nice. Food is okay, breakfast is pricey. Breakfast quality and taste could be much better for what we paid.

We had a great stay at Universal Kids Resort! The resort was clean, beautiful, and we really enjoyed our overall experience. We stayed in the signature queen, which was spacious and fun for the kids. One safety concern I would mention is the bunk beds. I had a 10-year-old, 4-year-old, and 1-year-old with me, especially for the little one that can walk and climb, I was a little concerned about the accessibility of the bunk beds for the younger children. I think additional safety features or barriers would be helpful for families with toddlers. I also wish the room included bathrobes and house slippers, which would have made the stay feel a little more comfortable and complete. Overall, though, we had a wonderful time and would love to visit again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hospitality was absolutely phenomenal! Every single staff member went above and beyond to help and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The highlight of our trip was waking up early to watch the breathtaking sunrise from our theme park view room. It was such a magical and unforgettable experience that made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

The experience was half good half bad. First night woke up with blood on one of the pillows flipped over so noticed following day. A bed bug was also seen on the same bed. Got moved to a new room still not happy. Overall, the cleanliness is not good. That following night a kid threw up in the pool and everyone was out about 30mins which I thought was disgusting and allowed back in. My kids didn't get to swim cause I wasn't going to risk the kids get a virus. Need more pools. Sucks cause it was 105 degrees they would've enjoyed it. Gates are not working.

Todo súper pero nunca me dijeron que tenía que pagar 25$ la noche para el parking y mucho menos que me quitaban 200$ de depósito que tardan una semana en volver a reflejarse

Was very surprised they had no cartoon characters in the hotel for the kids, no props for families to take photos and not even a schedule of amenities offer by the hotel that was kid friendly, like story time, art n craft, breakfast with characters nothing. Just a kiddie pool and one cafe, not even a restaurant on site! and the hotel is decorated nice. That’s all definitely not worth $424 a night. Please do better.
