The accommodations were as good as most upscale hotels - clean, comfortable, etc. but the staff was super. We'll choose the Hyatt again because manager Paul went out of his way on several occasions to be helpful and welcoming. Hope he gets this feedback.

The room was comfortable and clean. One of the staff in the front desk was very rude when i mentioned to her that no one had cleaned my room the night before. She was an older lady who was rude to everyone. Other than that it was very convenient to be so close to the airport.
