I want to share my experience at the hotel: the room was very comfortable, large, and clean. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bed was superb. The photos are accurate. The breakfast was good, and the juice was always delicious. The dining room was clean and regularly cleaned. I was very pleased with my stay and would come back.

Rented for supposedly having an electrical generator. Was concerned about having a power outage woman told travel agent and I there was one and no generator. First night tv was broken, Coffee machine non functioning, tub clogged, no ice machines, no laundry the bare minimum I ever seen for a breakfast and to top it off one staff worker yelled at me for taking creamers to the room. Besides that person the staff was incredible! I was impressed by the maintenance and kitchen staff! There wasn’t a manager to be found. The personality of the staff besides the negativity was the highlight of the stay. I would like Expedia to contact me.

Floors were dirty, would not have put my feet on them. Hallway was dirty. One of the rooms didnt lock at all so anyone could have broken in...not to mention there was an active shooter 10 mins away. Had limited time from check in to be where we needed to be and waiting for the guy to get us a new room took an extra 25 mins. Front desk staff was nice but very soft spoken so i couldnt hear him anyway. The breakfast was great though, breakfast attendant very kind and inviting. Seems like some safety checks need to be done and some maintenance on window gaps, doors, etc. by the owner of this hotel.

The room was very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My husband used the exercise room and pool and enjoyed both areas. The buffet breakfast has many options including make your own waffles. My only complaint is that I wish there was a juice option other than orange juice. It’s a pet friendly hotel which enabled us to travel with our cat. We would stay at this hotel again.

Shuttle driver declined to come to the airport. The staff in very kind. The facility is old, tired; needs refreshing. I don't eat breakfast, but guests were overheard complimenting "Janet" about how good the food was. She was working hard to clean after the dining room closed. June and Harry, who work the front desk, were very kind and helpful.

Industrial/commercial area. Quiet and convenient to airport via Uber. Condition of hallway is fair, but room is updated and clean. Front desk helpful and friendly. Driver of van for airport pickup was kind, great driver and most helpful, but this was not his main job or La Quinta labeled van. . They need to either get a dedicated shuttle or just suggest Uber from airport.
