"I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I had family nearby so I wasn’t at the property all day, was only there to sleep. The room was pretty clean, sheets were clean. You could hear noise from outside or in the hallway. Overall a great stay for a trip, bit high of price though."

"When I went in to check in they told me that I was already checked in, they checked in someone else under my name and gave them my room. They had to uncheck me in to check me in and I did not get the room that I had reserved. I reserved a king bed and they had to give me 2 double bed room. They did not check ID from the other guest, I showed them my ID"

"The room was not clean at all. The bedding was disgusting and even had dried boogers on it. When I requested clean bedding, I had to carry it upstairs myself. To make matters worse, one of the elevators was broken, and the only working elevator was in very rough condition. The floors in the lobby and hallways were also dirty, which made the overall experience feel very unclean and poorly maintained.
The breakfast was also disappointing, and the kitchen staff was not friendly or welcoming....
