"Great hotel! Check-in was simple and straightforward. The building has an elevator, which was really convenient. Our room was spotless and felt brand new after a recent renovation. The bed wasconfortable. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful, and we even had a lovely view of Mount Vesuvius from our window. The location is handy, just a short walk to the train station. The surrounding area isn’t the cleanest or prettiest, but that’s Naples. The area is still safe."

"This place was amazing, I really liked the room, the building was lovely. The area is very noisy but you cannot hear anything in your room at night, in general Napoles is very very noisy. Details in the room are great. Anthony and Rino were always available by whats. Tip: Move sensor in the room turned the lights off but you just need to sign in again and thats it. Thanks Napoles!! Great stay!! Loved Italy"

"The view was stunning! We had a whole wall in our hotel room that is just a window from floor to ceiling! It is such a stunning view of Napoli. The room is upgraded and beautiful. "I really enjoyed staying here. I’ve been travelling Italy alone and Francesca was extremely helpful giving me advice on where to visit and how to get there, where to eat and if I needed any tours booked. Very comfy cozy room. The location was very convenient - close to attractions and a metro station next to port so easy to do day trips on the ferry to Positano, Carpi or Ishcia plus being right next to a supermarket."
