"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby. One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future. Would definitely stay there again."

"Check in was difficult. Had to contact Expedia. Our apartment was on the 5th floor with no elevators. The instructions didn’t mention a second stairs path in the building so we took all the luggage to the 5th floor in the wrong apartment. Then had to go down again and up again another 5 floors to the right one. When we finally got to the apartment we were dying for a shower, hot water wasn’t working. After an icy cold shower, the hairdryer wasn’t working… the AC was off and there were no...

"Great property, great host and was responsive to any questions. There was NO AC working in the apartment and the host constantly kept saying it's a centralized system so you cannot control the temperature. Unfortunately, nothing worked and then we had to open the windows which invited lot of mosquitoes. Otherwise no complaints"
