"The building was going through major building construction works and clearly had been for months. Nothing stated in the information when booking or in the communication with the hotel prior to arrival. I complained at the point of entry and nothing back from either Expedia or the hotel. It was a building site. A builder let us in. There were building material everywhere, windows out, dust everywhere. Exposed wires and materials at every turn, no lift working, stairs to top floor needed to get up...
