"Het hotel is prachtig! De inrichting traditioneel, precies zoals je verwacht bij een prachtig pand als dit. De medewerkers waren stuk voor stuk allemaal geweldig! Van de gastvrije en vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst tot de dame in het restaurant… allemaal bezig om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Het zwembad was ronduit sprookjesachtig, wat wen prachtige plek!"

"Restaurante maravilhoso sem queixas , belo atendimento. Café da manhã não havia intens básicos. 9:15h acabou o croasant e o pão era velho, variedade de itens era péssima também . Nao havia pessoas para fazer o pedido ( depois de um tempo acabou chegando). Quarto quente e com teias de aranha, sem opções de travesseiros ( os que haviam na cama eram altos demais)- no fim chegamos tarde no hotel e acabamos dormindo mal . "

"Bonjour Le séjour a été une catastrophe. Aucun personnel sur place en cas de problème. Les clients étaient seuls. Le check-in a été fait très rapidement (remise des clés seulement et même pas d'accompagnement en chambre). Faux contact sur l'interrupteur, les clients ont eu peur d'un incendie pendant la nuit. Pas de chauffage, il faisait très froid et pas de couette mise en évidence. Nous ne séjournerons plus dans cet hotel, établissement très décevant et standing très bas de gamme."
