Family from Finland

Very beautiful place. We were there one week and our trip was fantastic. We loved that place. Animals everywhere and every of them was kind. We had dog with us and it was so easy be there with dog. Swimming pool was super. I hope that we could come back some day.

Ho preso un appartamento con i miei genitori , purtroppo non abbiamo mai potuto cucinare in casa in quanto la cucina è così piccola da non essere vivibile ! Le camere sono ampie e molto carine , peccato dover fare le scale al piano di sotto per andare in bagno. In bagno non abbiamo trovato neanche un cestino , ma in compenso i gestori sono veramente molto gentili, consiglierei solo per un weekend.

Personale gentile e posizione bella, MA...

Innanzitutto quando siamo arrivati la nostra prenotazione fatta con Expedia non era stata registrata, sebbene pagata. Dopo 40 minuti di attesa, uno dei responsabili ha trovato la soluzione: facendo spostare un altro ospite abbiamo avuto una camera. La nostra camera - 7C - è risultata fredda al nostro primo accesso e piena zeppa di cimici. Sebbene pulita (cimici a parte), il bagno non aveva nemmeno un bicchiere; shampoo e bagnoschiuma erano adagiati in malo modo sul lavandino. La camera non è stata rifatta alla mattina e la colazione era davvero insufficiente! La seconda mattina, è mancata pure l'acqua, per un tubo rotto... ci crediamo? Assenza di wifi nella camera. Televisione con schermo di circa 17 pollici, come un portatile insomma. Luci spente nelle stradine che collegano le varie strutture ed ascensore non funzionante (abbiamo rischiato di passare la sera di Capodanno chiusi in ascensore! ) Che dire della Spa? Acqua tra il tiepido e il freddo, bocchettoni per idromassaggio poco potenti, poco caldo il bagno turco. Piacevole la sauna. Area relax: davvero misera. Un vero peccato perché la parte esterna è davvero suggestiva. Il costo extra di 20 euro è inaccettabile per un centro benessere tenuto in questo modo, distrattamente. Il maneggio per i cavalli sembra bello. Insomma, un potenziale davvero sprecato!
