"We stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day. We also had a good sleep every night after long walks and sightseeing activites. The via F. Cavallotti road where the hotel is situated is very tranquil....

"So disappointed with this accommodation it had the potential to be a great experience. But the air conditioning did not work at the height of summer and the communication with the company was bad and not helpful. A big disappointment for the money paid."

"Very quiet and typical accomodation. There s everything you need if you r travelling with kids or not. Host is amazingly kind and happy to help, give recomendations or just for a nice chat. Definetely recommended!"

"This a unique property in a beautiful location. It’s very secluded about a 12 minute drive to the town of Greve. You have to have a car to stay at this property it’s not walkable to anything. The property is extremely old and dated. Heating system does not work (as we were told by management) no soap for the showers. We would have it enjoyed it more if they made some improvements to the rooms."

The staircase very steep that was not shown in the photos. But mostly it was just Too many misquotes inside the house to attack and we could not sit still. We could not let open the door and windows to let in air or let go of the misquotes because there would be more bugs flying in. We had to leave after 30 minutes. We had to let go of...
