Il problema sta in Hotels.com che non segnala in modo chiaro che questo più che un hotel è un residence che assicura la presenza del personale solamente fino alle 13, per cui arrivando dopo tutto viene gestito telefonicamente . Il personale collabora , ma in caso di necessità nella struttura fisicamente non è presente nessuno"
