"Overall a value choice, other than two problems. Expedia says it has daily cleaning. Since the towels were pretty rough, and there were visible stains, we thought it was OK since we would get new towels everyday anyway. Surprisingly, no room cleaning on the next day. Now it came the second problem. When checking with the staff/owner, we were simply told "it is wrong" about the information on Expedia. No apologize, no corrective actions, even no sympathy. "Cozy, comfortable, great location. We had the room with the private bathroom, it was clean and stocked with hand soap, body wash/shampoo. We checked in with Francisco and he was amazing. Very informative, super friendly, and more helpful than we expected. We only really interacted with him, not so much the other staff. "Website did not indicate there was no lift. It said it was great for all ages. Not so! While the young lady at reception carried my suitcase up the many stairs (after I insisted it was impossible for me - I’m 78 years old), there was no help when I was leaving. Room was ok but shower was dangerous. There was a high step to get into it and only a narrow opening. Getting out was particularly dangerous as there was nothing to hold onto while stepping down."

"Una opción económica para hospedarse cerca del centro de Sevilla , en el barrio judío. Se descansa bien , es muy sencillo y chiquito . Era hospedaje para 4 , con una habitación , el resto en sofá cama en la sala . El personal muy atento y lo lamentable es que no estaba limpia la habitación y tuvimos que recibirla después de 5 pm . Estábamos muy cansados y fue lo único que lamentamos no haber podido entrar a tiempo . "
