"The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. It's a lovely spa resort and great for couples/groups of friends. However we were on a family holiday and looking for somewhere with the baby and there were a few things that were disappointing on that front and something to consider for travellers with a young child.
The restaurant didn't open till 7:30 in the evening and there was nothing else in the area walkable. We picked this hotel for it's indoor heated pool, it's more a large spa jacuzzi. Although family time was supposed to be every day on the Sunday it was cancelled and made available for the general guests and Tuesday the spa was closed for regular maintenance so we were only able to use the indoor pool on one day we were there which was a real disappointment and those restrictions and closures weren't clear.
The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good spread and the connected beach side hotel, which was a 5min transfer away, was lovely.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were grateful to the amazing staff for looking after us and making us feel so welcome."
