"Overall the hotel experience was good!! if your are traveling with teenagers and young adults is great, they have a lot of activities very well planned out. The only down to this stay is that they need to clean the bathrooms a little more. Other than that the hotel was very nice, super close to the train to go to Venice and lot of restaurants and shopping close by."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Fosca Venice Rooms, location was great not far from the station in a nice quiet area, although it’s above a bar it’s a quiet bar & we didn’t hear any noise. The top floor apartment was amazing, clean & tidy with a balcony over the canal. Easy clear check in with luggage storage at the hotel not far from the apartment with friendly helpful staff - would definitely recommend, thank you for letting us stay "

"L'unica cosa su cui eccepisco è che al contrario di quanto riportato da voi, alla reception ci hanno richiesto una tassa di soggiorno a testa per notte di € 2,80 anziché € 1,50 come specificato chiaramente da voi. Il receptionist ha affermato che tale tassa esce in automatico a video. Vi pregherei di verificare e farmi poi sapere l'esito della vostra verifica. Per il resto nulla da segnalare, tutto positivo.
