"The property is quite lovely - there was an unexpected mix up in my accommodations which I found very disappointing - especially after several direct in person calls to the hotel prior to confirm and verify my requests.
In general - the facilities are quite enjoyable and there were several surprise treats that were nice during the stay.
I would stay here again - and be more affirmative on my follow ups prior to arrival."

"Hotel is updated and has a lot of good points but I would not stay there again. Be aware that the lobby closes so if you arrive at night you will be looking for the key and carrying your belongings in in the pitch dark because there is no lighting at all!
