"The hotel did not have an elevator. The place was very rundown. The room had a terrible smell. The surfaces looked and felt dirty and unsanitary. The bathroom was even worse. We left immediately after an hour and went to a Holiday Inn Express. When we complained we received no apology and no refund. ..."

"The theme with this hotel is they do not have attendance there that are readily available. Everything is electronic. We had problems trying to check out we called for help. They said just leave a key on the counter and they’ll catch it. I still think I like an attendant available"
