"Check in guy made me wait 20+ minutes to check in. We needed a bed change the next day, cleaning people refused to come in and change the bedding. They just threw the new bedding on the bed and didn’t even give us a new blanket. That night after having to make the bed I went down to the front desk to get a blanket and some wash clothes and the guy asked me how many we were in the room. I said 6 because we are 4 people and were only given 1 washclothes and he gave me a face that was very rude."

"The Zermatt Hotel has always had a reputation as an upscale destination in Midway, Utah, so when I saw the room rates for the Fourth of July weekend were so reasonable, I immediately booked four rooms for our group. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is that there is a $10 early check-in fee if you arrive before 4:00 p.m. One person in our group was charged the fee while the rest of us were not, so the policy didn’t seem to be applied...
