The hotel was closed down...literally...it is no longer a hotel. I talked with someone in the parking lot that said it was sold 2 weeks ago and was no longer a hotel but being converted to student apartments. I got no emails or text or anything informing me of this change. I had to find a hotel on the spot at the last minute at 6:00 pm! Surely someone could've contacted me in advance.

Ok for an overnight!

For an overnight it's not bad. Very noisy rooms. Our bathroom was in pretty bad shape..... Many patches from water deposits. The front desk man that checked us in was not knowledgeable about the surroundings.

Stay was good. Hotel is good but needs some upgrading. Carpeting is well used. TV cable service needs to be better coverage. Bathroom was ok but needs upgraded. Overall stay was good. Will be back.

I know this was a low budget hotel but there were some people staying there that made me pretty uncomfortable. But the pool was really warm!!! That was an absolute bonus!!

The sheets and towels were clean. Everything else about the property looked like there had been no updates since the 1970’s. The bathroom was somewhat dirty. We chose the property because of proximity to BYU but not worth it. We cancelled after 1 night.

Larger rooms. Clean Rooms. Check in went well. Shower went cold. At breakfast manager interrogated guest for not looking like he belonged there. Very inappropriate, very bad form.

Worse lodging during 18 day riad trip!

Kids running and yelling in the hallway and no oarrntal control past 11 pm. Felt unsafe with rowdy adults talking loudly or yelling.

Very old not worth the money I paid for the room. Needs a major renovation done if your going to charge $95 a night . Didn’t have hot water one night . Sheets had stains on them.

Convenient & Affordable

This was a really convenient stay for Provo. I just need a hotel room for a couple of days and they are affordable, the people are nice and I would recommend this hotel.

Our shower didn’t work properly, the cold water would turn on stronger then the hot water. Our tv didn’t work at all because the coax cable was broken inside of the tv. The A/C wasn’t cooling off the room. We went and talked to front desk and they allowed us to change rooms without any issues.

We were billed three times for one room and had to spend over an hour trying to get it fixed. We didn't get the room-type we requested. The vending machines were out of order, as were the ice machines. When we asked about ice, the desk clerk suggested we go next door to the Dairy Queen and ask if we could have some ice! Room smelled bad. We were booked for four nights, left after one.

Better stay than I first think

When I first saw this place, it looks so old and not good. Although I waited a bit longer to check -in, but the the stay was much better than my first impression. The room is big and OK inside. Breakfast was not bad either. Not bad, yes not-bad for Friday night at $125 after tax.

I reserved a 2 queen bed room through hotels.com, and when I arrived I was given a 1 king bed room, so two of my kids had to sleep on the nasty floor. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was less than helpful and friendly and was super hard to understand. It honestly sounded like her mouth was full of rocks when she talked. I’m just glad I didn’t have to pay full price as it was discounted through the website. I don’t think I will be staying at that hotel again, and we find ourselves in Provo quite often as we have two kids attending the local college.

Not the worst but could be better.

It wasn't the worst. Fairly clean. Blankets had cigarette burns, toilet seat was broken, shower wouldn't drain, shower also wouldn't stay a constant temperature no matter what we did, TV had lots of static and very noisy around the building. Like I said wasn't the worst ever, but needed lots of tlc.
