Breakfast was good. Except the tables were sticky. Room was old and worn out. Some things like the remote control and office chair were filthy. Drain in tub and sink very slow.

Best Western Plus Provo University Inn
I needed a early check to coordinate with a family member in the hospital and they accomodated me. The bed was so soft and I slept well. There was a problem with the outside door not locking and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was fresh and really good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel is great for families. The lobby is very family friendly with large screen TVs, pool table and a snack bar. The pool and hot tub are nice and there is always a friend to swim with.
