"Fantastic hotel 🏨 . The staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble at all . They let us checkin 5 hours early for free . Upgrade our room with a great sea and harbour view. Pools fantastic . Great sunbeds, comfortable and clean . Breakfast was great 👍 hot and cold lots to choses from. Just a short walk to the beach 🏖️ bit of a walk up hill back but this was no isssue to us. The local buses 🚌 stop outside the hotel . Just 2ero around the area. Great area for walking . Just loved it . We...

"This is not a 5 star hotel! Note by the bed to say this gift is especially for you - there was no gift so we had to ask at reception what was meant to be there, should have been given a lavender bag Had to ask for the bottle of wine which was part of booking through Expedia Magnifying mirror in bathroom useless - it's stuck on the wall so you have to lean across the sink to actually see in it Stationery folder in room had one moth-eaten postcard and pen marks all over it. Four complimentary...

"The gentleman who works at the reception is wonderful and very helpful. All staff are helpful."

"Beautiful facility and great location with amazing views. Outstanding staff, professional and they went above and beyond whenever possible to help us. Only drawback its little too far from Kotor old town. It takes about an hour with an average taxi price of 80 euros. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it."

"Convenient location. Pleasant stuff. Walking distance to Old Town. Free parking is a huge plus."

"Wir waren positiv überrascht. Wirklich sehr großes Appartement mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine dass wussten wir vorher nicht. Schöne Sicht zum Meer. Allerdings ist der Außenbereich irgendwie noch nicht ganz fertig."

"Todo! Es el hotel más hermoso del mundo! El servicio impecable. La comida espectacular."

"Located directly on the main coastal road, so it's super easy to find! We always found a parking space right outside the restaurant, but even if we were unable to find a space there are plenty of other free spaces both across the road and a very short walk down it. Reception is very small, but they make it really easy to check in and out. There are no lifts/elevators, so be prepared to carry a case down a number of flights of stairs, although they will help you with that if needed. Our room was...

"Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und macht insgesamt einen schönen Eindruck. An einigen Stellen merkt man allerdings, dass es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"No street or on-site parking available. Nearest parking is public lots about one to two blocks uphill to the west of Hotel. Considerable wait (about 25 minutes) getting a parking space in October, can't imagine trying to park during peak season. That said, pavement and sidewalks were reasonably navigable for wheeled luggage. Hotel entrance is off narrow side street connecting between Mediteranska and Pedestrian Esplanade. Room with view of mountains and water. Rather plain furnishings and...

"The location beats it all!! The hotel is right on the Adriatic coast next to the Old Town Budva and all the restaurants - couldn't ask for anything better! The room was spacious and clean. The only issue was the shower! The water leaks out of the glass shower cabin on the floor and I had to clean it up. From then on I had to shower in the SPA, which was great! Breakfast was nothing luxury but good basic breakfast with a nice variety of fruits."
