"Liked: Staff Helena? on reception and Thanos in restaurant. Both extremely helpful, approachable and professional. Room Breakfast Roof top pool. Any issues raised were resolved in a prompt and professional manner. Disliked: Housekeeping issues re dust in/ around bed frame Ashtrays left with cigarettes ends in it from previous guests. ( we are non smokers) Not enough staff serving breakfast and Thanos, although new, seemed to be left to oversee taking orders and serving a busy restaurant."
