"Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. "Beautifully designed, newly built building with personal touches for guests. Owner of the property was very helpful in helping us plan our boat ride and had many great suggestions. Location was excellent… walking distance to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garifalakis Comfort Rooms! The communication from the hotel was excellent, and they greeted us on arrival. They gave us a great run through of the best places to visit on the island, and even guidance on where we could and couldn't take our rental car. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The location is also really good, just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shop in Pollonia. Overall I would recommend!"

"Amazing resort. A real oasis. Located 15 min from the airport. The hotel is located on the beach. Free sun bed and umbrellas. Bar& restaurant provided on the beach. They also have infinity pool. Highly recommend this resort!!!"
