"Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. Hatte darum gebeten anstelle von Softdrinks und Bier. Essen war etwas eintönig und die Qualität nicht die beste, aber das liegt an einem 4 Sterne Standard."

"Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. "Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die Baustelle/Abstellkammer bekommen. Die Decken waren höher als das Zimmer Breit war. Die Tür zum Zimmer hat sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen lassen. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. Der Schrank im Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das Badezimmer war eine reine Baustelle. Die Dusche hatte keine Wände, so dass das...

"Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar."

"Incredible experience and wonderful staff and driver. I highly recommend. You will not have a better experience than you will here. Right in the middle of Old Town, super close to everything (within 4 minutes of the main old town area which has restaurants, shopping, gelato, access to the port (further down), and I highly recommend.
