"This hotel was perfect. Very well located, clean, spacious, and quiet. Our only desire was for some thicker bed linens (they were essentially just a sheet) and we did have to buy shower products since the only one was a combo body/hair wash. But that was very minor in comparison to the overall experience and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel was very clean, easy to find and the staff were wonderful, polite and very helpful. Located not that far from the town would definitely stay again. Very good for families. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of selections and could also get stuff cooked by the chef who was very friendly as well. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the royal suites sky! The room was spacious and as described with a great city and Mountain View. The hosts had thought of everything and provided us with great recommendations for our stay. We would definitely stay again!"

"Couldn’t get a better location in the city centre, lovely place. Our host Toma was really helpful with an easy check in and giving us some great recommendations. Overall brilliant place to stay in Split."

"Ana was fantastic!! Housekeeping was excellent!! It was a pleasure to stay there and would return! The only thing is if you bring a heavy bag, I recommend using their storage at the ground level because you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Ana does tote the bags. She is very sweet!!!"

"They greeted us and were more helpful and welcoming than any other place we stayed in croatia. They are focused on customer first service."

"Loved that this was so close to the main road so we didn’t have to carry our luggage far at all. It was a 5 minute walk to the main promenade of Split and close to pretty much everything. If you leave windows open it can get a little noisy but we found that out the hard way. Nice soaps, lotions and hairdryer which was a plus!"

"This was super clean property, easy check in information and staff were friendly. You get some croissants for breakfast which is really nice. Location is 5 min walk from all the busy areas. The room was spacious and AC was magnificent. Very clean and modern room. Bed was soooo comfy, melted perfectly into it. 100% recommend to stay here. "

"The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace and the privacy. The location was near all points of interests, the sea, restaurants and transportation.We felt safe at all hours. The concierge was available via Whatsapp very promptly and kindly helped us at odd hours when we lost our room card. The rooms are in an old building with stairs. If you have mobility issues or prefer a hotel per se, you might want to take this into consideration. We enjoyed our stay."
