"Awesome property on the beach side. Rooms were all well maintained and service was excellent"

"This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast made a fantastic start to their day to explore the city. The tea cakes/dessert were really delicious.Thank you for making their trip so relaxing and comforting."

"Accord is an OK place to stay. Location is not great. Staff try to be nice. Food is ok. My wife requested special items for lunch & the head chef was kind enough to make it to our liking. Over all we are satisfied."

"A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. "

"Excellent boutique hotel for location and friendly staff."

"Emplacement très prêt des principaux sites à voir. Tout peut se faire à pied."

"It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept. The hotel staff are polite, humble, and can communicate in Tamil, Hindi, and English, making the stay comfortable for all guests. The property also offers ample parking space and dedicated rooms for drivers, which is a thoughtful and...
