Dissatisfied

The bathroom was not clean properly,there was a soap bar that was left and the toilet dirty.The next day I notice that the sheet of the bed had a stain of blood, was disappointed.

Me gustó por qué está a 2 cuadras del centro de Puebla, lo que no cuadra, es que su servicio de estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras del hotel, solo dan un rollo de papel higiénico, no tiene servicio de cable, nextflit, YouTube en su tv y su regadera esta vieja oxidada, da mal aspecto al baño, incondicionalmente de que esté limpio

No realicen reservación por aquí, según personal expedia nunca les proporciona algún número para confirmar la reservación, afortunadamente el personal me pudo resolver, y si obtuve mi estancia, pero mejor hagan reservación directo o por otro medio, todo lo demás estuvo bien

No se respeto mi reservacion de 2 dias y solo me dieron uno, el agua de la regadera estaba ribia en vez de caliente, hacia mucho calor en el cuarto y las almohadas earan muy duras.

He estado en Puebla en cuatro ocasiones y en cuatro diferentes hoteles. Por el mismo precio posada Guadalupe me ha parecido una muy buena opción por las instalaciones (amplias y camas decentes) El ambiente tranquilo. La localización y un personal muy amable en todo momento
