"This was the perfect place to stay for three days before moving on for a workshop. The staff were all really helpful and the location was great for eating out choices. Probably not the best time of year given the sargasso covering all the beaches."

"My family of four stayed for seven days, six nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and quiet. We loved the private pool and the kitchen appliances that enabled us to prepare our own meals."

"The initial room we were given when we checked in late in the day, wasn't great. It was rather small, felt unkept and the bathroom had water pressure issues. When we brought up the issues to the management, they were happy to make the switch the next day and gave us the free upgrade to a suite. Which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Laura- one of the manager was very accomodating and all the hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. Acanto felt like home during our stay! "

"this property was very nice for the money all though there were a lot of bugs in the pool and tiles that can cut you in the pool the room itself was nice besides the fact the ac every once in a while shot ice out it was better than other places for that price"

"Adoramos a hospedagem. Fica a 1 Km do terminal ADO e da praia e também a 1 km do Chedraui que é de onde saem os Colectivos para Tulum e Cancun. Ao lado tem um mercado Walmart e restaurantes. O quarto é excelente, tudo funciona, ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável e ar condicionado. Na cozinha dá para fazer café da manhã e lanches rápidos. Os funcionários são atenciosos e a comunicação foi ótima. Na rua do hotel também dá para pegar Colectivos que se movimentam dentro de Playa del Carmen. Com...
