"I had a terrible stay at the property. The property lost power while we were out to dinner. I got back to our room found out there is no power and called property manager but she did not pick up the phone. Only text me back via WhatsApp stated there is power outage and only a few houses got affected and she did not know when the power will be back up. I asked her for alternative plan but no response. It is not & humid, we cannot stay in the room. She did not even offer any apology for...

"Near airport near every thing in San Cristobal, Galapagos"

"Great place such a cute little village like"

"Beautiful hotel"

"The apartment is big and was very clean. What we loved the most was the location. It was close to the pier and lots of restaurants. I recommend it."

"Pros: Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, lovely rooftop and garden lounge space, snorkel equipment and bikes for rent, great location. There was no hot water in my shower when I first arrived, Angel came and fixed it right away. Cons: I was in the room right across from the kitchen and it can be a bit noisy as there isn't much sound proofing."

You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a...
