"I was not able to stay there. The Hotel informed me they couldn't accomodate me for the dates booked due to a wedding they were going to host. They did not understad how the booking was accepted. They apologized and offer to cancel with Hotels.com so I wouldn't get affected. I even got a letter from the desktop lady, which I presented to Hotels.com.
Hotels.com claimed to attempt to contact the hotel to request the authorization. They say the hotel never responded.
In the end, Hotels.com...

"En general las instalaciones y la habitación estaban muy bien, lo malo, reservé con desayuno incluido y no me querían respetar el desayuno de un menor, el buffet muy limitado, un día fuimos varios huéspedes y hubo mal servicio en el área del restaurante, la alberca según está climatizada pero estaba muy fría el agua, no hacen que se cumplan las reglas para la alberca, había señoras dentro con leggins y playera, igual para entrar al restaurante personas mojadas y en toalla."
