"Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. "Great location and staff were lovely.
Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable.
Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly.
Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours
Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants
Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked.
Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere

"Very nice clean apartment. Pleasant pools. Helpful staff.
Improvement recommendations: Invite them to be more mindful of people sleeping in the morning when they push their cleaning trolleys or trolley of clean clothes as would wake us up before 8am which is not nice when on holiday."
