The photos on the web site are very misleading and we booked it stated high season and the cost reflect that but the restaurant was close. Due to it being low season the pool was not clean and the filter was turned off to save power. So over chlorinated We booked a trip through them. While on the trip were stoped by the local task force Who told us we had been over charged. Both the transport ( tricycle) and hotel were visited later by officials There is no store as in the photos. And no fringe. Makes keeping water cold or a few drinks impossible

The lady staff is kind bur room is messy

The lady staff is kind but the room and bathroom is messy There is an air conditioner, but it’s not cool the picture is beautiful , but it is really different.. it's very messy the guidebook says that is a separate breakfast offering , but it is not allowed

Thank you for staying in your hotel, i am very grateful and happy to stay in your hotel. very kind responding person who incharge to the guest ,name miss jenn,i was realy amaze the way she talk to the other guest ,she was so attentive and i thank her so much ,even i saw some staff are always using cellphone while at work i am satisfied staying in your resort . they offer you also a free ride going to the port , this hotel also is very quiet and calm,for those who want to spend a vacation , i would say this is highly recommended !!i would bring my friend to spend another vacation again. ill tell to look for miss jenn when they need a very good service .. thank you la dolana suites and resort!!

Very good hotel and service

Overall a very good hotel. The room is quite large and clean, equipped with good shower and air-con. There is a small balcony with tables and chairs suitable for receiving a guest. The receptionist was very helpful, and offered good suggestions on what to do around the place. I did book my island tour with them. The only negative point, though minor, is that it is located a few tens of meters from the beach and restaurants, and since the hotel was not offering breakfast while I was there, had to walk every morning. Also, there is no wifi in the room.

客室最大人数5人の部屋を予約したのに、ホテルサイドの言い分では最大人数4人の部屋なので1人ぶん650ペソの追加料金を払うように言われました。 客室毎に専用バルコニーが付いている旨の記載があるのに関わらず、バルコニーがついていませんでした。
