And the Hotel Frutillar is probably one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff, the rooms and the gardens are simply a pleasure. When we conveyed that we'd had no dinner the receptionist shared her dinner with us. That kind and generous gesture was certainly unexpected and absolutely delightful! ...

"The place is clean and neat. The problem is when you look at the exterior. It looks like a total dump full o f graffiti paint peeling off it looks like the owners don’t care. The signage is awful. There is some parking but you need to Be a magician to figure that out. I am a Chilean born Canadian citizen that has been in Canada for 50 years. I have travelled all Over the world. Tear it down or fix it. "
