Excelente experiencia, ambiente muy acojedor, las habitaciones muy cómodas y linda vista. Un muelle maravilloso que permite el fácil acceso al agua. La dueña es ceramista y tiene su lindo taller donde imparte clases de cerámica.

El lugar es muy hermoso, pero la recepción muy poco profesional, el lenguaje inadecuado, sin ninguna actitud de servicio, falta de aseo, no hay jabón en los baños, dentro de una de las camas una araña. Pagamos un precio alto, pero no acordé a la mantención del lugar.Las fotos que se muestran no son el actual estado de las instalaciones

El lugar es hermoso. Todo muy limpio en general, bien cuidado, decoración bella y bien mantenido. Atención de los dueños excelente. No me agradó :la mala aislación de la cabaña (oía a los vecinos hablar), que no tuviesen jarros en la cocina para servir té (solo taza), no pude ocupar la tina, pues no se llenaba con agua caliente. Y pillé 2 arañas de rincón en el baño, que saqué yo misma. Me dio la impresión que no habían usado la cabaña desde hace mucho. Creo que podrían mejorar estas cosas.

Beautiful views!

A small dirt road from a small town will get you there. Follow the paved road to the end and then follow a dirt road until the end. It has gorgeous views of the surrounding volcanoes. Jacuzzi is out of order. They have very friendly dogs. Wifi is decent and only in the main common area. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but good. (Fresh bread is great.) The cabin is rustic and lovely. (Bring you own knife if you plan to cook.) In short, the location is great and the views are even better! (Cabin 1's outer door has an issue, if you go outside there is no way to close it from the deck; it just swings open.) The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. The people who run it are very friendly and fast to respond vía WhatsApp. The location and views alone make this a great value!

Simplesmente a melhor estadia que já experimentei na vida! O lugar é incrível! Uma energia maravilhosa e única! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários do local e pela cachorrinha Minga! Uma fofa! Os chalés são lindos, amplos, arejados e muito bem decorados. Que bom gosto! A vista do chalé e de toda a área do local é de tirar o fôlego! Um lago lindo com patos, aves e os vulcões Osorno e Cabulco de fundo. Parecia uma tela! Recomendo a todos aqueles que querem disfrutar da vida e da natureza. É um lugar que te transforma no seu melhor! DEIXOU saudades! Muitas saudades!!

Apesar dos pedágios, ótima escolha!

A cabana é linda e se o tempo estiver limpo pode ver o vulcão sem ao menos levantar da cama!!!! Super equipada, nova e impecável. Para o inverno talvez pudesse ter aquecedores móveis para os quartos que ficam bastante frios (aquecedor só na sala). Não fica distante de perto varas, mas tem que pagar pedágio toda vez que entra na cidade!!!

Nice bungalow out of town.

Quiet, enjoy nature, out of town bungalows. We have been traveling for 2 weeks and it was wonderful to just relax and enjoy nature for a few days. The owners are wonderful. Only problem was finding it. The map provided was confusing.

Great scenery and lodge.

The setting was tranquil with gorgeous views of pastures, lake, volcanoes. The rooms were beautifully decorated with the owner's artwork. I woke up one morning to the most epic sunrise coloring the lake and the mountains. The original directions to the lodge was a little difficult to follow. However, once we figured out the location it was a great starting point for day trips to Mount Orsono, Lake Llanguihue, trekking from Petrohui, and Porte Montt. The owners were lovely and they had the cutest little boy and a golden retriever puppy. I would definitely go back to this lodge is I travel back to Chile.

Stunning location

Lovely, comfortable lodge overlooking lake with beautiful views of the volcanoes. The owners have inested a lot of time and effort to make this a relaxing, peaceful location with excellent opportunities for bird watching.
