"Pros: Nicely appointed, good heating, lots of daylight, kitchen with lots of utensils Cons: Tepid shower, terrible wifi, leaky plumbing in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet all the time. "A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. "We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! "
