late check in fee, dirty pool ( not useable) micro management , home located on dirt road next to the canal.

Check in is between 4 and 5 pm. If you arrive after 5 it is a 20 dollar extortion fee. Property was clean but run down. Only three forks and 1 spoon in cutlery drawer. No detergent. Hot tub was cold.
