Tiene algunos puntos negativos como el servicio del personal, los de entretenimiento solo platican con algunas turistas, los servicios ofrecidos no están disponibles, como el snorkel los kayaks el velero, los restaurantes ofrecen comida muy simple y repetida. Las habitaciones están bastante limpias, la playa es muy bonita y se mantiene muy limpia, las instalaciones están en buen estado, las piscinas están limpias, los restaurantes que ofrecen a la carta están cerrados la mitad del tiempo.
