"So this Expedia listing is complete false advertisement. Hotel is nice, clean, and staff are friendly. But the bar, restaurant and gym have been closed since Covid. If you want a drink or any food you have to walk at least 7 minutes into town. They don’t offer any free tuktuk for the inconvenience. As well, the school right beside is always very loud, don’t expect to sleep much. Every night I was woken up by teller sounds of music, and screaming. I had to buy earplugs which didn’t help much....

"Hotel in need of refurb, only 1 of 2 lifts working. Breakfast was a joke, arrived 1 hr before end of service, very little food left, no butter for toast. When asked staff to refill was told all gone. Very aware of noise from adjacent club until at least 2am when I finally managed to sleep, probably went on later. Aircon struggled to cool room and also noisy. I'll be looking for a alternative next time which is a shame with location being convenient."

"The hotel is right across the street from the very busy old market. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the street. It's close to Baywalk Park which has a variety of restaurants at night, which is nice. Rooms are spacious, but you may have to ask a few time to get an entire set of towels and extra toilet paper. Breakfast is included and is decent. Hotel restaurant is ok for dinner also and is very inexpensive."

"Good breakfast Staff friendly and courteous Front desk need to improve their service, they dont answer the phone calls so i booked online and when i tried to book in person the lady told me that there’s no more vacancy for June 18 but when i booked online again there’s actually vacant rooms ."

"Both rooms we stayed at were clean, but need updates and maintenance. The a/c in the 1st room (room 15) we stayed was loud and kept me awake all night. The a/c in the 2nd room (room 17) we stayed at was quieter, but there was no towel holder (it was broken and taken out) and the sink was broken and almost falling. Aside from those, the breakfast was good and all staff were excellent. We had different rooms because I had to rebook for additional day."

"Staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus reservation made it easy to go to the airport. Breakfast was pleasant. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, at least 10-15 min by walking. I felt safe inside as it was a gated hotel."
