"We didn't have high expectations since we only needed one night before our flight. The room was really hot, it took over 5 hours for the air conditioning to start to work. The pillow case had blood stain. The breakfast that was included"

"Property is great and pool is amazing! It’s about an hour and a half outside of Puerto Princessa, but we enjoyed that. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint is the service at the restaurant. It takes forever to order and get your food. For example, it was not unusual for us to wait 30-40 mins to get our drinks and then another hour to get food. Because there are no other options on the property, you have to wait.
