"The pool and beach were definitely the best parts of our stay. Great area for kids and adults. The lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the building itself looked old and poorly maintained. Only one elevator was working, and there was caution tape outside in certain areas, which prevented guests from accessing parts of the hotel. I stayed in a room with my daughter and was disappointed to find weed on the balcony. The room floor also looked like it had not been properly mopped....

I usually stay here for work, sometimes for a week and other times for a month, and I have always had a positive experience. "En general todo estaba limpio pero deben atender áreas que necesitan mejoras. Lampara del baño de la habitación luce muy mohosa. Bañera se quedaba el agua estancada (algo que no me gusta), baño de la piscina pueden mejorar la limpieza. Había un solo inodoro disponible, el otro fuera de servicio. Buen desayuno. La habitación es cómoda."

"We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. "

"Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

"Todo estaba muy limpio. Siempre había un personal para atender tus necesidades. Muy tranquilo y com muchos lugares cerca para salir a conocer Aguadilla. Buscaba Paz y Tranquilidad y allí la obtuvimos yo y mi familia."

"The room was spotless, the mattress and pillows a little too hard for my liking, the pool is clean and nice, there is coffe free of charge every morning (they should bring it a little earlier) even thou there is a nice bar rest. by the pool, is closed, there is not much entertainment close by and the parking situation is difficult. The staff is friendly and helpful"
