"Run…DO NOT WALK away from this Hotel! I took a chance on this property, payed extra for the Jet Tub and bottle of wine. No wine. No big deal. 1st thing I do is draw a bath, fills no more than 2 inches with both hot (warm) AND cold water on full blast. I called the Desk and a Maintenance person came, looked at the tub, looked me in the eye and gaslit me saying that 1.) the water was hot (it wasn’t) and that it was filling just fine (2inches in about 30min of running). To prove that there was hot water. The same guy…again…looks me directly in the eyes and turns on my sink. Well, the drain breaks free under the sink and sprays water in every direction & floods this already useless bathroom. The front desk LIES to H.com and said that 1.) the bath tub was functional even AFTER she witnessed it not filling. Then tells H.com that I flooded the room myself!! They called me a Liar AND a Vandal!
They refused to move me to a functional room…“Manager’s decision” Ive no sink nor bath
I have video/picture evidence (in real time of both issues) that H.com was not very happy to see. They realized this property LIED to them too. Always take video evidence, this property lied and almost got away with it!
My question is why did H.com not believe their own STATUS Customer!!!??? A response would be appreciated!!!!
I left 1st thing next morning and found my own accommodations. H.com gave NO support!
