Hotel Riu Vallarta - All Inclusive
The room was clean and was done promptly every time. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our friends did have a roach in their room, so that was unfortunate. The Italian restaurant was amazing but the steak house and buffet were mediocre.

Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive
Have been here many times. The oceanfront room is beautiful, but even the higher floor ( floor 6) didn’t help the noise with the 3 beach weddings and a party that lasted until 1-2 am.

The pool & restaurant staff were amazing. The food was great. The issue we had was not being able to get a chair by the adult pool ( or on the beachfront) .
