Lugar bonito pero no corresponde ofrecido en pagin

El lugar es muy bonito, lo malo es que se sigue teniendo problemas con lo que dice la página y lo que ofrecen, no nos dieron desayuno, la habitación no tenía agua caliente y el jacuzzi muy descuidado.

Pésima atención, la habitación no tenia paños ni sabanas. Y lo peor, duramos un día completo sin agua. La piscina sucia. Entre otras cosas terribles.......

La piscina estaba color verde de sucia . Solo el primer día tuvo agua , a partir del segundo día no había agua lo cual es algo básico para cualquier establecimiento. Tampoco el personal supo dar informaciones sobre lo que pasaba. El internet nunca funcionó. Por el precio ( que fue el doble del normal en el fin de semana de feriado) no lo recomendaría.

Cute and clean room but shared a wall with the restaurant which had a concert up till late and it was very loud. And then the city party+ street Was super loud and kept us up all night. Pool was super dirty. Could see the difference when we were leaving they washed it. Too bad for us. Only continental breakfast included not what the post on hotels.com said. Either cold water or Burning hot water in the bathroom. Smelled like gaz in our room when we arrived we told them they went to fix it. Staff was ok

The small houses were very cute. The stuff was very friendly. The first A/C didn’t work, so we got another room. The shower Is cold, sometimes there is a short time of hot water, really hot water, you can’t stay underneath that hot water, so you have to wait and take a cold shower. The light is very dark, even in the bathroom. It fits to the concept but I think it should be brighter in the bathroom. You mustn’t take a bath in the jacuzzi, prohibited by the government. This was pretty the first thing they told us. You mustn’t advertise with a fantastic tub, when people aren’t allowed to use it. We booked the room because of the tub...additionally, everything looked a lot more worn than it appears to be on the photos. Recommendation: -stay as friendly and helpful as you are -improve the lights in the bathrooms, maybe you could add one next to the mirror -have a look at the water pipes -don’t advertise with a tub, when it mustn’t be used

Me gustó: el restaurante, su ambientación, personal y desayuno. No me gustó: habitación. Terrible, contaminación por cucarachas, en distintas partes de la habitación (puedo proporcionar fotos). La habitación da a un botadero residuos vegetales sin ningún tratamiento. No funcionan el agua caliente de la ducha. El cuarto de baño no tiene ventilación y todos los "olores" invaden la habitación.

La habitación llena de cucarachas, sin Wi-Fi, el personal ni si quiera sabía nada de lo que ellos el día antes nos indicaron, todo horrible. El check out de hotels decía a las 12 y ahí nos sacaron a las 11 terrible todo.

El lugar está lejos del hotel mostrado , la habitación estaba muy lejos , no cuentan con jabón de ducha , la piscina no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, es sucia y muy pequeña , en el desayuno se indica que es a la carta y en realidad solo es continental que son frutas con la cáscara , algo muy desagradable !!

Buena ubicacion pero necesita mejorar

Estamos muy satisfecho con la localidad de este hotel. Tienen paqueo y uno puedo caminar a la ciudad dentro de 5 minutos, a la playa cocles en unos 15 min. El hotel en general esta un poco descuidado. Los muebles son viejos y muy usados. El servicio en el desayuno......la muchacha estaba con una mala actitud. En general: Si, el hotel tiene sus puntos positivos pero el servicio al cliente y el estado genera de las habitaciones debe mejorar.

Trop de points négatifs

Une grande baignoire prend toute la place dans la salle de bain, à tel point que le lavabo est dans la chambre. Impossible de régler la température de l’eau qui est froide ou bien bouillante. Aucune prise de courant dans la salle de bain ni autour du lavabo. Chambre très sombre et sentant fort l’humidité. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. J’ai dû m’énerver Pour que le ménage soit fait dans la chambre comme c’était pourtant indiqué dans la réservation. Seulement 1 grande serviette par personne. Seul le petit dej continental basique est inclus, petit dej local avec supplément. La piscine était verte et opaque, on ne voyait pas le fond. Le jour de notre départ, un homme a entrepris de la nettoyer et pour la 1ère fois, ça ressemblait à une piscine, mais trop tard pour nous !! Une affiche indique vélos à louer. J’en ai donc réservé 2 pour le lendemain matin qu’on m’a promis sans problème. Mais le lendemain, au moment de partir, on me dit qu’aucun vélo n’est en état d’être loué !!! La wifi ne marche pas dans la chambre et est faible ailleurs. Bref, La gestion de l’hôtel est complètement défaillante. Seul point positif, il est très bien situé.
