"We loved our stay at the Mediterranean Inn. The location was central to everything we wanted to enjoy in Seattle. The rooftop terrace was a fabulous spot to sip our morning coffee while admiring the sound. Parking was easy and secure. The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. The staff were friendly. We will definitely be back for future Seattle visits!"

"When we arrived, there were no accommodations for storing our suitcases. We arrived at 10:30 AM. Check-in was strictly at 2 PM, with no exceptions. With this said, check-in was a fiasco due to no useful desk personnel, except to tell you that you need to check in with a tablet, with a line of 20 people needing to do the same. So, this is a self-serve check-in, and tablets will not turn on until exactly 2 PM. There were people waiting hours for the tablets to turn on. It wouldn't have been so bad...

"Noisy at night, hard to sleep. The room above us flooded and water was dripping in our room and coming out of the light fixtures. We were forced to leave our room at 3am. We were told that they were at 94% full and that they couldn’t give us a new room and force my family and I and my 1 year old baby to leave. Staff was young and didn’t know how to handle the situation and only said sorry for kicking my family out at 3am. While my family and I were visiting from out of town from Az 1400 miles...

"Location is wonderful. Close to the space needle and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Breakfast everyday was microwaveable burritos, eggs, egg sandwiches, oatmeal, pastries, and fruits. The staff also help with shuttle service to the airport and the cruise lines with working with a third party. Book this. Save the trouble of uber if you have a large party. Shuttles to the cruises also get you closer than Ubers. Also say hi to the puffer fish and other fishes at the tank. Rooms...

"Had a long weekend stay 2 months back and the hotel is still on my mind, it was exceptionally clean and the staff was over the top with courtesy and helpfulness. The room felt like it was remodeled just for our visit, this is a century-old building with accommodations that are more comfortable than some of the places I've called home. The bed was a knockout, I didn't even know where I was the first morning I woke up. The price was unbeatable, we walked pretty much everywhere around Seattle...

"The front desk manager and valet staff were very helpful in helping me find my lost luggage from the airlines. They went above and beyond and saved my vacation. I was going on a cruise with no luggage and the manager made the extra effort in finding it,"

"Older hotel that could benefit from upgrading. For showering, despite pulling the lever to trigger only the shower head, the main faucet also had water coming out. Despite the AC being on the coldest setting, the room was still warm overnight. Elevators are slow and at times loud. The hotel is conveniently located to pike place and is walkable and safe. Across the street is a pizza place which was very convenient. Check in/out was quick and the staff were nice. Parking is expensive -"
