7.8 trên 10, Tốt, (48 nhận xét)
"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was also clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the housekeeping staff, who were very kind and quickly provided us with an extra pillow when we asked.
On the downside, the reception was quite slow in responding to our questions, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor throughout our stay.
In our opinion, having a car is almost essential if you plan to stay here. There...

"Nous avons été très agréablement accueilli au Cristallo. L'équipe est au petit oignon et disponible pour nos besoins. Nous eu une chambre très bien, avec un super équipement et une propreté impeccable.
Nous recommandons un peu moins le restaurant qui est plutôt bruyant avec un service un peu long."

"We recently spent three nights at this wonderful hotel, and from beginning to end, the whole experience was absolutely outstanding. It’s one of those places that genuinely exceeds expectations, and we couldn’t fault a single thing.
The service was truly exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and there was a real sense that everyone genuinely cared about making our stay as special as possible. A very...
