Not only were they very helpful and friendly, they organised a transfer from the airport. The hotel is a bit 'no frills' in places, e.g. it was impossible - for me at least - to extract the shampoo/bodywash from the wall dispenser, and the towels were a bit too small... but honestly this is real nit-picking. The plusses overwhelmingly outweigh...

Located in the picturesque town of Fazana just in the right size with a very good beach, near Brijuni and with a lot of really good restaurant (such as La Bodega). The staff is awesome, very welcoming and serviceminded. Although the breakfast ain’t the biggest one in sortiments it’s of the highest quality and plenty enough. "
