"The staff at the Westin were brilliant, the property could do with slight improvements but it’s nothing that was too noticeable for our comfort. Everything worked and we really enjoyed the villa. I wear a hijab and we found out we could also request a screen for the pool area for a charge of 600 MYR. This was brilliant as I could make full use of the private pool area.
The breakfast was okay with lots of choice.
Our only con would be our mattress had a real noticeable dip on it but we didn’t...

"We stayed in an over water villa and the room was amazing. View from the room was spectacular and the room was open airy and spacious. Only drawback would be there is not enough shaded areas to get away from the sun. But that really is minor. Wilfred and Shabir were amazing as they we were so personal and warm and made us feel welcomed. Really made an immediate impression on us. Can't wait to go back."

"It exceeded my expectations!! This hotel is so beautiful and we enjoyed every single minute of it. The staff are so friendly and nice, we were definitely spoilt and pampered throughout our stay. They’ve also gone above and beyond for our honeymoon which we were so touched and made our experience so beautiful.
