"minimal facilities..pls be aware that this hotel only reachable by boat..make a mistake when booking this hotel..however i enjoy this hotel due to it is close to nature..
Found a rat inside the shower room..and electricity went off around 5 am..
It will be very jot but shomehow bearable"

"A beautiful resort in a beautiful location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Berjaya. It’s conveniently located to lots of Island attractions and surrounded by a beautiful rain forest. The room was excellent and well sized. The food was really good and overall it was great value for money."

"Great hotel in Kuah. We booked this hotel after a bad experience at another hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was just amazing. Nice spacious room with a view of the pool. There are plenty of shops and food places near by however it is far from the beach."

"Room had staines on the walls and ceiling, they gave a drop of shampoo and body wash for our entire stay. Our property was stolen on the resort and they initially tried to brush me off but after asking repetitively they told me they would check cctv, but after 2 days they said they were still checking. We had to leave before they gave us an answer. Poor quality resort with lazy staff. STAY AWAY"

"Excellent property, right on a private beqch. Walking distance from water sports activities and to the buzzing Chenang town. Beautifully architectured property, good sized rooms, fantastic pools and excellent onsite restaurants with a great blend of traditional asian cuisine and continental cuisine. Customer service in all areas - front desk, baggage pickup and drop off, restaurant, pool etc were superior. Will be back for sure if we are back in Langkawi again."
