"It was close to where I needed to be and it was clean"

"Previous guest left a used bar of soap on the top ledge of the shower. Properly cleaned? Doubtful. Having to kill a huge cockroach within fifteen minutes of our arrival didn’t improve my impression either. Renovation work in lobby area created a chemical smell that caused us headaches. Poor timing on our part."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western very much. The staff were very nice and the breakfasts were quite tasty. I think our only criticism would be regarding the showers. They need to have to be someting between the shower door and transom to stop the water from flooding the shower area. We had to use several towels to mop up the water after ever shower. This is a comment for Expedia. I have a service dog and when we schedule a stay at a motel I would like to let them know I will have him...

"This hotel met our needs, but barely. The safety lock was loose and we needed assistance to open the door once. The shower curtain was not long enough or wide enough to prevent water from getting on the bathroom floor. The housekeeping staff didn't come back later in the day after trying to come in while we were still there. It is also on a busy road with other businesses near, so it is not a quiet place to stay."

"The hotel is OK, located on a main road, close to Pisgah and a few miles to downtown. You cannot walk around the area, there is too much traffic. Check in was fast. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was updated since the last time we were here. The breakfast is not really good, I just had coffee and a yogurt. Most of the items are prepackaged and not fresh. Small gym. Free parking"

"Air conditioner was perfect. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a 4-10. We had premade egg omelet with cheese that were over cooked and rubbery. The hash browns were delicious though. There was a waffle maker station and oatmeal station. Yogurt and fruit. The room was nice. But Water pressure was terrible. The upgrades to the rooms were noted though. There was a bidet in the bathroom. A Bluetooth speaker connected to the bathroom mirror with clock. Pretty cool. The lamps didn't give too...

"Cute room, bathroom a bit small and lacked anywhere to set clothes. Staff was friendly, helpful and willing to assist."

"Excellent staff. Room was very very clean. Our room did have a kitchen area but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was also very good and the spread was quite large. Lots of options. We will definitely look to be staying there again soon"
